Aww, a table built for two...

How cute.

Tea, anyone?

At the time, I was living in New Jersey, and had the opportunity to make a quick jaunt to Cape May for a beach trip. Once, we arrived at our beachside destination, my eyes were fixated on all the beautiful Victorian homes, which lined the beach front of

where we were staying. In my opinion, it was love at first sight!

The historical stories of a bygone era filled and fueled my imagination, and I couldn't wait to learn more about the spirits who once called Cape May home.

As I said before, this was a beach trip, so there was no wiggle room to make any unexpected excursions from our itinerary, which made me sad.  Have you ever had that alluding feeling, which continues to pull at your heartstrings of that particular haunting?  Well, the Emien Physick Estate is the one for me! Once I learned the home's history, I have had this mesmerizing beautiful mansion on my bucket list (way) before Haunted Towns aired their "Cape May, NJ" episode.

Now, I'm thinking new year... means new memories in a mid-Atlantic seaside town calling my name once again.
